Silver Bullet Tours

Ever wished you could experience the thrill of a professional racecar driver accelerating out of a corner? The Silver Bullet can give you this thrill and more as it speeds up and down the Wildwoods oceanfront looking for our finned friends.

The Silver Bullet in Wildwood, New Jersey

Legally insane fun.

On the Silver Bullet, you won't have to wait in long lines, because you'll never have to get off the boat to experience all this family fun! The Silver Bullet's twin Volvo Penta turbo-charged diesel engines will show you the Wildwoods in a truly one-of-a-kind fashion.

And nothing puts a stop to the hard-charging raw speed of the Silver Bullet like the daily spotting of our dolphin friends! Our captain will expertly maneuver you to our marine mammal friends' favorite fishing spot. Your family will have the time of their lives watching the dolphins glide and cavort alongside the Silver Bullet. You'll also see many types of marine life and pelagic birds along the way.

Of course, there's nothing like a Silver Bullet tan, so be sure to pack the sunscreen. Wear casual clothes or bathing suits, as the spray will cool and refresh you. So hustle on down for some legally insane fun over the wild blue yonder aboard a speeding bullet.

You are on a boat. (This tour is only offered during our peak season. WE reserve the right to cancel this tour at any time.)

  • Are there any age restrictions for children?

YES; there are age restrictions and while we do not want to discourage you from bringing the youngsters, the following tips are provided as a guideline:

    • Parents know their children best but if you have any questions, please feel free to contact our office. There are plenty of moms and dads here with personal experience to help you determine what will work for your little one.
    • Our boats are FAST and LOUD. It is recommended that your child is at least 3 to board the vessel. You also get extremely wet on the first three trips of the day, smaller children may like the 430 trip the best.
    • Children are considered 13 yrs old and younger. Child ticket rate is 3-13 yrs old ONLY. INFANTS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE BOAT!
    • Anyone under 18 must have parent or guardian fill out liability waivers. Any child under 14 yrs old must be accompanied by a paying adult on the boat.
  • Who can take part in the trip?

The speed boat ride, by its very nature, creates forces that may not be acceptable to some persons. Participants of this excursion will be exposed to outdoor elements, forces from the FLUME, speeds and other intense features that may cause distress or injury to persons with pre-existing health conditions. Please consider these features in determining suitability for all passengers. Only guests in good health should participate in this excursion. For your safety do not ride if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, motion sickness, heart, neck or back problems, recent surgery or any other medical condition that might be aggravated by the forces of this ride.

All guests, including those with disabilities or use a wheelchair must be able to transfer into and out of the boat by themselves or with the assistance of ONE member of their party.

No. The Silver Bullet is a high-speed thrill ride. It is safer to wait 'til next season.
  • Can we bring a Service dog or Therapy dog on the boat?

For the safety of all passengers, ALL animals, including service animals for physically impaired individuals, are prohibited. Please be advised that the boat Captain will perform power thrill maneuvers and large volume(s) of water aboard the vessel during the tour. Pet carriers are also not permitted as a safety measure. • What should we bring on the trip?

What to wear: During May and September, when the weather is cooler, we suggest you dress warmly or in layers. It is always cooler in the morning. During the warmer months, June, July, and August the typical attire is shorts, t-shirts, sandals, and flip flops. Bring along, a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. Be prepared to get wet and dress according to your comfort level. We suggest wearing clothes that dry quickly and perhaps steer away from denim pants or shorts and leather footwear.
